So you can rest easy knowing that from start to finish our seasoned staff is able to assist you with your embroidered patch needs!
Domestic: For domestic orders, we are happy to offer complimentary USPS Priority shipping. If you would like other shipping services such as UPS or FedEx we can provide you with a shipping quote.
International: All international orders will be quoted based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping carriers will include USPS, FedEx, and DHL if available to the destination country.
Credits or exchanges are available if your order is found to have unforeseen factory oversight or defects. If the order is not defective on custom and clearance orders we are unable to offer returns.
Generally we would like to allocate 2-3 weeks for design and development of new designs.
Depending on your quantity we can ship your order complete or partial starting 3 weeks after confirmation.
Our specialty is in embroidered and chenille patches. We do not make PVC or rubber patches. We can make them for sew on, iron on and velcro applications.
